Being kind to ourselves and our bodies can help build healthy body image and supports mental health and wellbeing. Butterfly’s free awareness initiative encourages everyone in Australia to be kind to their own body and to others. Programs include Body Kind Schools, Families, Clubs and Online.

This service may help:

  • Develop positive body image
  • Develop healthy attitudes towards eating and physical activity
  • Learn how to foster body kindness towards oneself and to others
