About this service

Helps adults 18+ years with chronic pain manage the impact of pain on their emotional wellbeing, and day-to-day life. This course is not designed to ‘cure’ or ‘treat’ pain but to help people manage pain and maintain a good quality of life despite it.

This service may help:

  • Learn techniques to help manage the difficulties of chronic pain
  • Practice skills that help you overcome these difficulties
  • Get extra support from a MindSpot therapist
