About this service

Helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders aged 18+ years learn to manage mild, moderate, and severe symptoms of depression and anxiety with core skills that will improve confidence and quality of life.

This service may help:

  • Learn proven techniques to help manage depression and anxiety
  • Practice skills that help you overcome depression and anxiety
  • Get extra support from a MindSpot therapist
