Learn practical strategies for managing anxiety and low mood during pregnancy. This 3-lesson program is based on an effective psychological treatment for symptoms of anxiety and depression during pregnancy called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (or CBT).
This service may help:
- Better manage anxiety and low mood during pregnancy and postpartum
- Change unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours
- Make a positive change in how you feel
